I found this house by accident…

15 years ago, in fact. I was lost trying to find my landlords rental office and stumbled upon this hidden street with two houses with For Sale By Owner signs out front. I toured both that day and bought my dream home later that week. Finished out my lease and moved in. I’ve recently renovated the house completely, inside and out with the help of my girlfriend, Kelly, and the friendly folks at Athens On The Level LLC. It’s in immaculate condition and I hope I can find a trustworthy, responsible tenant.

I currently work as Major Domo to a wealthy family in Georgia, while Kelly serves as their private chef. We have recently started a luxury staffing firm, Southern Estate Staffing. We look forward to sharing this lovely home with you. Get in touch!
